By order of the Ministry: wear the gear we assign, take the talents we approve, follow the routes we print. Busy gamer parents, your play time is rationed. The Ministry will not allow you to waste it. Every directive is drawn from WoW Forever's own files, every number is verified, and anything unconfirmed is marked as such.

Department of Leveling
Controls the road to 60. Stat priority by level bracket, gear checkpoints, approved talents and the routes you will follow.

The Ministry does not guess. When it estimates, it says so.

Built from the game's own files
Item stats, talents, quests and maps come from WoW Forever's own data. Classic guides and memory are not admissible.

Every number cross-checked
Every published list is audited against the data and checked against independent databases before release. No exceptions.
III.
Unconfirmed means labeled
If the files don't confirm it, it is marked. Estimates are called estimates. Nothing is called confirmed until it is.

Beta data is temporary
All pre-launch directives are issued from beta data. It has served the Ministry well. Its service is nearly over.
When WoW Forever launches, the Ministry will seize the live records. Beta figures will be inspected. Any number that fails inspection will be taken away in the night and replaced with the correct one. Directives built on it will be quietly reissued. The previous version was never wrong because it never existed.
Citizens are advised not to remember outdated directives. Always obey the latest version.
Department of Voluntary Tribute
File a report. Pay tribute.
The Ministry's guides are free. Others charge for speed-leveling guides. The Ministry finds this unpatriotic.

Your neighbor is not min-maxing
Tribute keeps the Ministry's directives free for every citizen. Attach a report with your payment. Name the guildmate who rolls Need on everything. Name the neighbor with unspent talent points. The Ministry is listening.
Approved reports are posted on the public record.
